The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with Article VI.47 of the Belgian Economic Law Code (Wetboek Economisch Recht). Based on this right, the consumer can cancel the purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day following the delivery of the product. The consumer exercising this right is not required to pay any compensation or provide a reason. However, we do appreciate any feedback to help us improve our services.

Terms and conditions specific to the training offer

Signing up for a training at Tardigrade BVBA – Kingsberry, either by written confirmation (via email or contact form on the website), implies that the registrant has read and accepted the payment terms.

1. 1. Registration Your registration is only final once you have received confirmation. You must pay the registration fee within 14 days. If the registration fee has not been paid by the start of the training, your registration may be voided. The training fee depends on the specific course you follow. Please check the specific terms listed on the training’s information page.
   2. Insufficient participants
      The price of the training, workshop, or session is based on a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not reached, two scenarios are possible:

      The training is rescheduled to a different time and/or place in order to gather enough participants.

      The training is canceled.
      Tardigrade BVBA (Kingsberry) reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the training, workshop, or session when there are insufficient registrations. If this occurs, we will notify you no later than one week before the start and refund the full registration fee within 7 days in case of cancellation.

   3. Rescheduling
      You may request to reschedule your participation to another date. After contacting one of our staff by phone, the request must be confirmed in writing via email.
      The rescheduling fee is €85 and must be requested at least 7 days before the start of the training (based on the email’s send date). If you request a reschedule within seven days of the start, we will have to decline. You may then choose to attend on the original date or cancel your participation. In case of cancellation, the terms under paragraph 4 apply.
   4. Cancellation
      You may cancel your participation in a training. Cancellation must be done via email. The cancellation fee is based on the email’s send date.
      If canceled more than 1 month before the start, we charge an administrative fee of €50.
      If canceled less than 1 month before the start, we charge 50% of the registration fee.
      If canceled less than 7 days before the start, we charge the full registration fee.
   5. Transferring your registration
      If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague. This change must be communicated at least one week before the training begins. If other arrangements are needed, they must be discussed with the organization (Tardigrade BVBA – Kingsberry).
   6. Privacy
      All data of the registrant is subject to privacy legislation. As such, the organization, Tardigrade BVBA – Kingsberry, may not share this data with third parties for commercial or other purposes unrelated to the training.
      Tardigrade BVBA – Kingsberry has the right to manage personal data in connection with the training via the CMS (content management system).
      Registrant data may be used for marketing and prospecting purposes of Tardigrade BVBA – Kingsberry. The organization commits to handling this data confidentially.
